About Us
It is the mission of the Bloomfield Educational Foundation to enhance the quality of education and educational opportunities and generate and distribute financial and other resources to and for the students of the Bloomfield School District for enrichment programs, continuing education, and other projects.
The Foundation will carry out its mission by focusing
its support in the following areas:
» Facilitate Student Development
» Provide venture capital for creative ideas and programs.
» Promote community/school partnerships
Bloomfield Educational Foundation funds these major areas:
• Middle School Soaring to Success
• Jazzed Up Technology
• Extraordinary and Mini- Grants (professional development for teachers)
• Scholarships (for students)
• Team Jaz (after school programs)
• Middle School Soaring to Success
• Extraordinary Elementary School Grants
• High School CPR Training Program
The Foundation will carry out its mission by focusing
