OBITUARY -- Thomas F. Meekins

  Thomas Farnsworth Meekins died  Dec 19, 2011 in Bloomfield, NJ. He was born on July 26, 1933 and was the son of the late Thomas Romaine Meekins and Lillian {Farnsworth} Meekins of Glen Ridge NJ.
    Mr Meekins was a graduate of Trinity Pawling School and Franklin and Marshall College. He received an MBA from Fairleigh Dickerson University and a Masters in Finance from CCNY. He was a Senior member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and was employed at Harris Upham in NYC- now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He was retired for many years from the Federal Energy Regulation Commission in Washington DC.
     He is survived by his sister Phyllis R. Turner of Palm Beach Shores, Fla., three nieces and a great nephew
    Interment will be at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, NJ. Arrangements were by O’Boyle Funeral Home.
